Draft principles
- Respect state agreements and NAP rules.
- Do not start unnecessary internal wars.
- During SvS, protect and support state members when possible.
- Follow R4/R5 orders in castle, fortress and major PvP events.
- Keep communication respectful, even when disagreeing.
- Help new players understand the game instead of letting them quit.
